Every effort has been made to ensure photography, descriptions and details are accurate at the time of publishing, however the manufacturer's product specifications may change and we will try our utmost to maintain the accuracy of the information we provide. Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
|Shipping And Handling We use Parcel Force 48hr delivery for most items in mainland UK - we reserve the right to change shipping methods without prior notice.|
|Delivery and returns We endeavour to process your order within 24 hours, and deliver items within 2 working days of despatch to mainland UK. Delivery charges are included in the price. A confirmation email will be sent upon shipment.|
|Back Orders In the event your item is not in stock, we will back-order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|
|Cancelling your order If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so by contacting customer services via the details given on the 'Contact Us' page. Cancellations can only be accepted by notifying us either by telephone, or in writing, at any time before despatch and up to 7 working days after your delivery. Cancellations made during this period will be reimbursed in full provided you have notified us of your intention to cancel as outlined above, and in the event goods have already been delivered to you, that they are returned in accordance with our returns policy.|

We will provide clear instructions for the return of the goods for refund or exchange. Return postage costs are not pre-paid and are your responsibility. The costs will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, or if cancellation has been made in accordance with the instructions above for cancelling your order. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
